At Vindustrial you can buy products in our physical shop, but also online through this webshop. We offer several ways to ensure that your purchase or purchases come into your possession:

  1. Pick up in our shop in Amsterdam (for European customers)
  2. Delivery by Vindustrial (Benelux)
  3. Parcel post: not too large / heavy (<30kg) products delivered by PostNL (or equivalent) (worldwide)
  4. Transport of large / heavy products (worldwide)

When purchasing online, you will see the methods that apply to you based on your address while ordering, from which you can choose. The first 3 methods speak for themselves, but method 4 “Transport” needs explanation.

Calculate transport costs

If your purchase or purchases can not be sent as a package, or delivered by Vindustrial, but also not collected in the physical shop, we will have to transport your purchase or purchases to your address. We can not calculate the costs in advance if you purchase online in our webshop.

For this reason, we have to organize it differently for these products. It goes like this:

  1. Based on the dimensions and weight of the product you want to purchase, you will investigate the expected costs of transport from the Netherlands to your address. See more information below.
  2. If you agree with the expected transport costs, place the product in your shopping basket
  3. In your shopping cart you can tick “Transport € 0, -”
  4. You round off your order with a payment
  5. After we have received your payment, we will contact you to agree the transport costs
  6. You transfer the transport costs to Vindustrial
  7. Once we have received the transportation compensation from you, we will initiate transportation of your purchase or purchases
  8. We will inform you about the expected delivery date

Research of transportation costs

There are several carriers in the Netherlands where you can (online) request a price for the transport of goods.
